Clearance: Top-Secret Clearance (TS)
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) operations and help desk experience. The ideal candidate will manage projects effectively, ensuring alignment with FBI guidelines while enhancing user support services. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex project environments. Evaluates information systems and operating procedures. Determines and recommends improvements in current standards and implementations of system changes for optimum performance.
- Perform day to day project management tasks
- Supervise Tier 1 Technicians, and Functional Analysts
- Endure quality control across all customer interactions and deliverables
- Work closely with government staff to ensure alignment with the government’s strategic direction
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with FBI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage help desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate training and support for help desk staff on FBI-related queries and procedures.
- Conduct regular project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master’s in project management) is a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functional areas, preferably within the FBI.
- Ensure that all work on this TO complies with TO terms and conditions and will have access to Contractor corporate senior leadership when necessary.
- Act as the primary interface with the COR and Contracting Officer (CO) and will attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required.
- Strong background in help desk operations, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Must be a US citizen
