Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist who is responsible for managing and optimizing a company's CRM systems (experience with Sales Force ideal) to enhance customer relationships, improve sales processes, and increase overall business efficiency.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's CRM system to ensure effective customer interactions, improve data accuracy, and support business growth. The role involves analyzing customer data, developing strategies to enhance customer relationships, and collaborating with various departments to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Primary Location: Remote (Must be within 30 miles of DC Metropolitan area)
Clearance: Public Trust (US Citizenship Required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the customer relationship is essentially handled by the entire team.
- Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest products. This significantly helps in increasing the sales of the company.
- Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
- Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
- Organize meetings with the managers within the organization only to bring out a strategic plan.
- Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.
- Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and addressing them accordingly.
- Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in implementing and configuring CRM solutions is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
- Proven experience with the specific CRM (Salesforce) solution to be deployed is mandatory.
- The incumbent must possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CRM - Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to lead and mentor other team members is highly desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft suite.
- An efficient team player with all the requisite leadership skills.
