Primary Location: Clarksburg, WV
Clearance: Active Top-Secret (TS) clearance with Full Scope Polygraph eligibility
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Audio/Video Technician to join our secure technical operations team in Clarksburg, WV. This position supports the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of advanced AV systems in a classified environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with digital recording, video editing, and managing complex AV systems, and will possess a Top-Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph eligibility.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, configure, and adjust audio-visual systems for meetings, briefings, and secure operations
- Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous system performance
- Assist in editing and post-production of audio and video materials using professional editing software
- Digitally record and photograph a variety of secure activities and operational events
- Program, monitor, and maintain the health of AV systems using various control and diagnostics software applications
- Perform technical design, installation, and integration of sophisticated AV equipment, including state-of-the-art systems
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, hardware, and software to support mission needs and improve AV infrastructure
- Use judgment and initiative to plan and execute tasks with limited supervision
Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field OR four (4) years of relevant AV field experience
- Experience working with modern AV systems, including setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with video and audio editing software and AV control systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and contribute effectively in a secure, team-based environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Dante, or similar platforms
- Prior experience working in secure or classified facilities
- Technical certifications related to AV, IT, or multimedia systems
